The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. You will purchase your parking pass(es) at https://royalgulfbeach.square.site/. The Guard requires an information sheet be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. *PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals. *CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place.
