The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local activities and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying all the attractions the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and privacy of your beach retreat. Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with the gentle waves rolling in. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Currently, the projected date of this balcony's closure is May 2026 and can take a few months. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
