It is located on Sandpiper Street with a short walk to the beach using the neighborhood walkover. The front porch is partially shaded with quaint ocean views. You enter the home from the deck into the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with comfy chairs and TV. Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. The Sandpiper Neighborhood is a centrally located area close to all things Surfside! The street is a dead-end which is perfect because there is no traffic. The beach walkover is at the end of the road and will take you directly to the sand and surf! Bring your beach gear and setup camp, because you are going to want to stay awhile.
