WELCOME BACK SUNDIAL A403! Enjoy your Sanibel Island vacation getaway at Sundial A403, located at Sundial Beach Resort on the East-end of Sanibel Island. This top-floor island resort studio with elevator access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! **Unit is listed for sale as of February 2026** CONDO FEATURES Sundial A403 is a 1-bedroom 1-bath studio with direct beachfront sleeping 4 guests. This unit is located in the A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Bedroom featuring a king bed and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, privacy room divider on hand if needed. There is a washer dryer for your convenience as well as an elevator. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A403 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer! **The community pool is officially open for use starting Wednesday, July 2nd!! The elevators are presently operational, but as mechanical devices, we cannot ensure they will remain functional throughout your stay.
