Their arrangement is the epitome of functionality, where every element of the space has been used to respond to the needs of our guests. Each studio has a flexible bed layout (two single beds that can be converted into a double bed), a designated work space with desk perfect for laptop use, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. The studios also have a private balcony. Modern thoughtful décor and new furniture translates into enjoyment of a stay in the apartment. These assets are completed by a wide range of amenities, from multimedia – free high-speed Wi-Fi connection and flat-screen TV – to household appliances, such as a microwave, a coffee maker or a hair dryer. Guests travelling with car have an option to park on the estate or reserve a parking space in the underground garage (30 PL day). Please note that this offer covers about multiple apartments of the same standard. Each apartment has the same facilities, but may differ in interior finish and décor. Not all apartments are located in the same building NOTE: When booking a parking space, there is an additional refundable deposit for the garage door remote control, in the amount of PLN 150. The dynamic development of the district is conducive to the rise of new shopping malls and business centers investments. One of such investments is shopping center Galeria Metropolia (located 200 m from the estate), which in addition to over 80 stores and exceptional food hall has a large cinema complex and rooftop observation deck. Other two shopping centers are located 10-minute (Galeria Bałtycka) and 15-minute (Centrum Handlowe Manhattan) walk away.
