It has a very comfortable & open floor plan. A simple but open floor plan makes this a great place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked will all major appliances and all the utensils you will need to make your favorite meals. This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying the view of the beautiful waterfall pool. The patio, featured with outdoor furniture, is a great place to relax, dine outside, or watch the family swim. Master bedroom has a KING bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 QUEEN and 2 TWIN beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom as well. Each bedroom and bathroom are lined with fresh clean linens, fully stocked paper products, soaps/shampoos, and a plentiful amount of towels for all of the guests. There is a washer and dryer for your use and convenience as well. Come & enjoy a quick weekend or holiday with us. With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include: - Fitness Centers - Brand New 32' and 48' Giant Waterslides - Splash Pad - And an Indoor Lap Pool, an Outdoor Lap Pool, Slide Pool & Even a Shallow Pool for the Kids! - 2 Additional Family pools and spas on the opposite end of the resort - Fun On The Court! Plenty of basketball and pickle-ball courts. Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required. If your standards are high when choosing a vacation rental then this is where your next vacation begins! Customer service and satisfaction is our #1 priority. You will not be disappointed when you walk into this condo at the Las Palmas Resort. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
