Best Sunset Beach in All of Kona. This development has one of the most beautiful swimming pools in all of Kona, and it even features a shallow keiki area. Two gates provide convenient driving access to Alii Drive or Kuakini Highway. Other amenities of Alii Cove include a Hot Tub, A Workout Facility, BBQ Grills. **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. All guests who book Alii Cove#S1 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment! This property was ideal for our month-long stay! When we began our search for available units near downtown Kailua-Kona we found this three-bedroom unit at a lower price than many two-week one-bedroom units with direct ocean views. The ocean view here is pretty restricted and only from the master bedroom lanai, but we often walked across the street to Honl's Beach for the beautiful sunsets there. The location is otherwise perfect for walking into downtown and the property is very quiet. The unit is nicely furnished, has lots of space to spread out, and can easily accommodate three couples, or a family of five or six. The pool area is great after a day of exploration and five smart tvs will meet everyone's needs (although only the living room tv seemed connected to cable). The BBQ on the lanai was clean and perfect for grilling fresh fish. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped for a unit that appears primarily targeted toward rentals. The living room furnishings are typical wicker for Hawaii rentals and the configuration makes it challenging for more than three people to watch the 75-inch tv, but we were much more interested in being outside. Also, it would be helpful if the owner provided sufficient paper goods, soap, etc. to last through the minimum rental period. With that said, the owner was immediately responsive to our request to repl
