Palm trees, blue skies, warm weather are all included and FREE with your stay! Seating for 6 at the dining room table as well as seating at the kitchen counter. We want to welcome you to this beautifully updated condo. With 2 master bedrooms, one with a KING bed, the other with a QUEEN - BOTH with comfortable and inviting linens. As well as each master bedroom has a bathroom, one with a garden tub/shower and the other with a walk-in shower. A comfortable sofa sleeper is also available for those extra special kiddos in the group. (linens provided as well) Everyone is welcome! Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required. If your standards are high when choosing a vacation rental then this is where your next vacation begins! Customer service and satisfaction is our #1 priority. You will not be disappointed when you walk into this condo at the Las Palmas Resort. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
