Our extra large 4 bedroom 3 bath condos at the Las Palmas Resort. Sleeps 10 in beds-up to 12 w/air mattress. The views from the vista is where you will enjoy watching beautiful sunsets. Need another condo - 2 doors down we have a 3 bed / 2 bath! We all have our own definition of comfort, and it's often tied to where we call home. We believe you will call this vacation condo "home" as you relax and enjoy your time in St George. With a very open floor plan and lots of comfortable seating, this condo will accommodate a large group or family. A fully stocked kitchen will make it easy for you to cook meals and enjoy your time together. There are 4 bedrooms to spread out in and 3 bathrooms. With 2 master suites, both with KING beds and private en suites. Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN bed and Bedroom 4 has 4 TWIN beds (Bunk beds). These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use so you can pack lightly. Come and enjoy the pools & amenities here at the Las Palmas resort and make this your 2nd home! CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
