The open-concept living area features a cozy couch, Smart TV with Netflix, and a dining space for gatherings. Living and Dining Area The spacious living room includes plush seating and a large Smart TV offering streaming entertainment. The dining area seats your group comfortably, set beside large windows for natural light. Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with an oven, stove, rice cooker, and drinkable tap water. You'll find all the essentials to prepare meals, including a microwave and wine glasses. Outdoor Area Step outside to a private patio featuring a swimming pool. Sun loungers and a BBQ grill make it a spot for relaxation or evening gatherings. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom 1: King bed on the 2nd floor, en-suite bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Queen and single beds on the 2nd floor, en-suite bathroom with shower Bedroom 3: Queen and single beds on the 2nd floor, en-suite bathroom with shower Bedroom 4: Two single beds on the ground floor, en-suite bathroom with shower Each bedroom offers comfortable bedding and storage space. Four full bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower, ensure convenience for all guests. Guests will need to climb stairs to access the upper rooms. Additional Amenities Enjoy high-speed WiFi, suitable for work or leisure. Laundry facilities, including a washer-dryer, are available. The property also offers free driveway and street parking. Palmara has amenities like an outdoor pool, 24-hour guarded security, a gym, a paddle court and private parking at the home. There’s also a social room with large tables and a sink, great for pool gatherings! - About 5 miles to the center of town where you’ll find the famous 5th Avenue walk street & fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. - And in town, you’ll find vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, and the shops at Calle Corazón with loads of designer, chain and boutique stores. - Walmart and Mega grocery stores are within a few minutes’ drive. Here are some nearby restaurant recommendations: - Restaurante Liverpool (inside Liverpool department store) - El Hongo (an offbeat eatery with diverse meals) - Lara & Luca (Breakfast/brunch) - Casa Sofia (Italian) - Sushi Itto (Japanese) - Los Aguachiles (seafood) - Chez Céline (French) downtown on 5th Ave at Calle 34 - El Fogón (Authentic Mexican taco place), in several locations downtown Please note that all guests accessing PALMARA are required to show their ID at the security checkpoint. We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out. The cost of electricity is included in the nightly rate of up to 50 KW per day. If you go over the daily allotment, consumption is charged at 3.50 pesos per KW. For long-term stays, electricity is not included. You just pay for your electricity used. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $90 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $90; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($180 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $90 will be charged. There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker! The maximum speed limit within the residential area is 20 km/h. A fine will be imposed for exceeding this speed. The pool is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you will not be present, please leave keys in the lockbox for maintenance to access. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests will need to climb stairs to access the upper rooms. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
