The room offers a double size bed, an en-suite shower room, Superfast WIFI, Freeview TV with Netflix, a cupboard with a clothes rail, reading lamps, a hairdryer, a kettle with tea and coffee. The Nook's modern room only service allows you the flexibility to set your own agenda. Just a few minutes walk from St Ives town and beaches, it is the perfect central base. All rooms are kitted out with comfy beds and en- suite bathrooms. You have use of the communal kitchen which is fully equipped and the communal gardens. The property offers superfast and unlimited WiFi. Parking is offered on the premises but it is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be guaranteed for all guests. In a quiet residential area, The Nook is a mere 15 minute stroll down the hill to the St Ives wharf, boasting beautiful shops and independent cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the busy town, and dawdle back to the Nook for a quaint evening, taking advantage of the outdoor communal spaces, with a glass of wine to hand. Please be aware that the Nook is adjacent to residential housing, so we ask that guests are respectful in later hours.
