As one of the very few rental properties on the upper portion of West Gulf Drive, this location is considered especially desirable as the pristine beaches are much less crowded than a more centrally located residence on Middle or East Gulf drive, where many large condominium complexes are located. In this neighborhood there are many luxurious homes and villas, but few rental properties and condos, making for an especially exclusive beach experience. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
