This stylish condo has an eye-catching unobstructed view outside from the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances with an electric stove. Plentiful cabinet space, and stone tile countertops, a perfect place for you to create your favorite family meals. The barstools comfortably seat 4 and the Dining table has five chairs and a bench that can seat 8 together! The living room is furnished with sofa and loveseat, and recliner in brown leather and has electric fireplace is in the back corner. This room is a perfect place to relax and enjoy after a fun day in the sun! The master bedroom has a KING size bed with adjoining en suite that with a garden tub. This bedroom also has access to back patio. The second bedroom that has two TWIN beds and a sliding door access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom, has a QUEEN size sleigh bed.The condo sleeps 6 comfortably in beds with the option to sleep an additional 2 - whether it be children/infants or someone on an air mattress. These items can be rented from us during the booking process online - or you can bring your own. Internet is provided as well. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
