Let's Go! Your Vacation Can't Start Soon Enough! This ground-floor, handicap accessible, open floor plan has your next vacation written all over it! Fully relax and enjoy each others' company peacefully in our 4 BD / 4 BA condo. With lots of extra space for everyone to enjoy time together as well as the much needed separate space needed when sleeping. This condo has 3 master bedrooms with KING beds and private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has 2 QUEEN beds side-by-side and a private bathroom as well (great for teenagers or young adults). The sofa in the living room opens to a full-size sleeper sofa for anyone who wants to "camp out" in the living room. If you plan to do most of the cooking on this trip then the kitchen is ready for you. We have all kinds of kitchen gadgets, mixer, instant pot, crockpot, griddle..... let's just say we have thought it through and made sure you can cook just about anything. Bedrooms with the following bedding configuration: 3 Master Suites - each with KING beds 4th Bedroom - 2 Full Beds Extra Accommodations - Sleeper Sofa ***Estancia is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. When you stay at Estancia, you will be able to enjoy the Estancia amenities. Resorts in this area have separate amenities and do not share. The pictures shown are the amenities at the Estancia Resort. Please be aware that there is construction going on for a new community being built across the street. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or dust from nearby construction. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop and we're confident you'll still enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in our beautiful home. CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
