The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your favorite meals with quality cookware, dishes & glassware, including a filtered water system. Included: Complementary central air conditioning, one assigned covered parking space. Lush tropical landscaping across the very well maintained property. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish soap, bath & beach towels, bedding, high speed internet, cable TV, pool, hot tub, steam room, exercise room, tennis/pickle ball courts, outside covered dinning area at the pool area BBQs, kitchen, laundry & dishwasher soap, etc. Everything you need for the beach or the pool, towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, floaties, buckets, shovels & ice chest with frozen ice ready to go are all for your use. A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants! **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Rates are subject to change.** We stayed at White Sands Village #325 as a couple with our pre-teen son and it was such a great place for our family trip. The lanai was huge and we loved eating our meals while looking out at the ocean. Everything looked just like the photos. As other guests mentioned, the condo has so many things ready for you. You really only need to bring clothes and food. The kitchen even had water bottles, a blender and a rice cooker which was super helpful.There are two nice tennis courts on the property. One small note for people who love pickleball. The rackets and balls in the room are for tennis so you may want to bring your own pickleball gear.We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you!!! Stunning condo with beautiful views, the Lanai is amazing and large, spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. Nice and close to the magic sands beach, 2 minute walk. We found the unit to be beautiful and just the right size for two adults and two children. It's located walking distance from Magic Sands Beach and a quick drive to several other locations like downtown Kona. We enjoyed a three night stay in this lovely Condo. We wish we had more time. The large lanai offered wonderful views. It was very quiet and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review! Most all supplies you need are included on hand in the condo. All you need to bring is clothes and food. Wonderful view of the Pacific with beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended! The condo had amazing views from the lanai. It was very clean. I had a small issue trying to get in which was completely my fault but I texted management and the replied right away. Magic beach is across the street. Took about 2 minutes to walk there. The pool on the property was great. We used the grill a couple of times. They were clean and worked well. They also have tables set up, a small refrigerator if you need it and a sink and counter which was very handy. The condo has everything you need to cook, plenty of beach towels and equipment.
