The sofa converts into a pull-out bed for additional sleeping options. 🍽️ Fully-Equipped Kitchen & Dining The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. A Keurig coffee maker and toaster are provided for added convenience. Extra towels and linens are provided, so you can pack light and feel right at home. 🚗 Parking This unit includes four parking spaces, available in the driveway or on the street. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏡 Separate Unit & Shared Outdoor Spaces: Riverside Luau, Riverside Breeze, and Riverside Hut are separate units within the same property. While your indoor space is private, all outdoor amenities—including the tiki hut, fire pit, and seating areas—are shared among guests staying in other units. 📅 Booking the Entire Property: If you’re interested in reserving the entire property for a larger group, feel free to reach out for availability. We’d be happy to accommodate your stay! ⚠️ Wildlife & River Safety Notice: This home is surrounded by nature along the Braden River, which is home to various wildlife, including alligators. Please exercise caution near the water, avoid swimming, and do not leave food outside, as it may attract animals. While the natural setting enhances the beauty of this retreat, we encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings and respect local wildlife.
