We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell as well as front facing security cameras at each corner of the home and back yard access used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only. Additionally, there is a camera on the pool equipment, behind the pool, for liability purposes. Properties also includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
