The bathroom, shared with the double room, is right next door and is equipped with a tub/shower, toilet, sink, and bidet. A hair dryer, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash are also provided. The common area (living room and kitchen/laundry room) is freely accessible to all guests. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a small terrace furnished with a small sofa and coffee table. Two tables with chairs are provided for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on your own. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need: electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a coffee corner with two coffee makers. All the necessary cooking and dining utensils are provided. A very quiet residential area. There is a large free parking lot along the street, marked by white lines. Nearby is a large shopping center where you’ll find a supermarket, shops, a movie theater, and much more. There are also cafes, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, and another supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away. Once a week, there’s also a market selling fruits, vegetables, and various other foods right outside the building.
