The space consists of a ground floor house and an independent guest house surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house consists of the living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds, and a comfortable bathroom. The indepedent guest house is a single space with it's own living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a large sofa, a double bed and a bathroom. From the front porch and the comfortable garden chairs you will enjoy the sea view while you dine, and relax in the private courtyard filled with flowers. Free parking space and Wi-fi is available for our guests. Messinia was characterized by Euripides as 'Kalikarpos' because of the beauty and rich land. You can find everything here: a good climate, mild winter, clement autumn, a lively spring, a cool summer, mountains, plains, sea, sights, sports and cultural events. Under the imposing Taygetos Mountain and in a small distance from Kalamata, the area capital, there is the beautiful seaside village Akrogiali. Akrogiali, in Greek means “Seashore”. In the village and within five minutes walking distance from the house, there is a mini market, wonderful fish taverns, interesting cafes and a popular bar. Also, in less than 1km away there is also the beautiful and large Santova beach with the fine sand, the small pebbles and the wild beach bars. The beautiful city of Kalamata is only 12km away, while there are plenty wonderful rich lands, various beaches, seaside and fishing villages, archeological and historical monuments to visit. An ideal choice for those who visit the area and want to explore the sights of the region!
