You've got to try this adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath condo at Sports Village. A great place for a small family on a sensible budget that also likes something modern & fun! We've packed the space with everything you need, so pack lightly and stay with us! The master bedroom has a queen bed....the 2nd bedroom is a twin bed + twin trundle. We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and all other utensils you need to create and serve your favorite family meals. Enjoy the opportunity to eat in instead of out! The bedrooms and bathroom are lined with fresh, clean linens, are fully stocked with paper products, and towels. Just bring your own laundry soap & use the washer/dryer for packing light!! Also - a comfortable patio off the bedroom with outside dining! All the comforts of home on a small scale. You will enjoy the proximity to the Clubhouse and the amenities there as well. We offer this condo for nightly or monthly rentals. There are community grills available for use at the club house. Bring your own charcoal. PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV’s. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm. Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am No smoking/no pets CANCELLATION POLICY Short-term guests will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost. Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.
