A television is available for movie nights, and a dining area can accommodate 6 to 8 guests. The kitchen, open to the living room, is modern and functional, with a bar for convivial moments. You'll find an oven, microwave, vitroceramic stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, as well as a pantry for storage. Finally, an 8 m2 terrace has been converted into a summer lounge, facing south-east to enjoy the sunshine.
