Nestled within the unique Marbella Condominium complex, this condo is a blend of modernity and rustic charm. The unit has been recently updated and features chic decor, beautiful wood furnishings, thoughtful extras, and a tranquil vibe perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The property and condo area are family-friendly, with a shallow pool in the communal area and available extras for rent, such as a travel crib and high chair. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all the basics to prepare meals at home and a coffee maker to jump-start your day! Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. There’s plenty of seating for sit-down meals at the dining table or breakfast bar. You'll find two bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom has a comfortable king bed and direct access to the balcony, while the second offers two double beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. There's an in-home stacked washer and dryer; however, there is also a laundry service in the complex where you can leave your clothes in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon at a very accessible price. The apartment also ensures you stay connected and entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the master bedroom. And for those days when you just want to relax, the condominium offers two swimming pools – one for the little ones and another for adults. With 24-hour security and private parking, you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure environment. Here, you'll be right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? Just a 10-minute walk away, or even quicker if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel right across the street! The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one. - A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in. - A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice. - The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
