Take full advantage of the sparkling clean private pool, large cabana and carriage house, fully stocked kitchen and other excellent amenities for your home away from home while on vacation! Oh, and did we mention you're just 3 houses back from the beach access? Convenience and location are a MUST! Upon entry into the main house, guests will find a well appointed living room with a 55" plasma screen TV, cozy furniture and you can let the sweeping Florida breezes blow through your front door. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions! On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway. Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail. As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 6. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk area with 1 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. What's even better is the kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large wall mounted TV and bar sink. Weddings and Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. *Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee. BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk! * Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted. * HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels will be provided during your stay at Skipper's Escape BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, March - October annually. Service includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival * Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house! Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings. Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.
