Settle into island time on Hilton Head. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath resort condominium sleeps up to 5 and places you close to beach days, pools, and easy family fun. This family-friendly condo offers a straightforward, comfortable base for your Hilton Head getaway. With two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it works well for a small family or two couples with kids. Both bedrooms have smart TVs for easy downtime. The primary suite includes an ensuite bath for added privacy. You’ll be in a resort community near the beach with access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and sauna, a wellness gym, and outdoor BBQ areas with seating—great for relaxing after a day in the sun. Beach essentials are provided to help you make the most of your time on the sand. Parking passes are required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival. If you need more than one pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in. • Building location: This condo is in Building 4 (the first building after the security kiosk) and is on the first floor above the parking level. See the community map for elevator and stairwell locations. • Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated by building management. Availability can vary due to maintenance outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable. • Laundry: The washer and dryer are card-operated (credit/debit only). • Pets: This home is not pet-friendly. • Community amenities (pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, BBQ areas, and beach access) are within the resort community. Availability and hours are set by the community/HOA. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
