Guests can enjoy the amenities of this community that include a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, open areas for picnics, and playgrounds for the little ones. Comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. This villa houses 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom features a QueenSize bed with HDTV 55 and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a QueenSize bed with HDTV 42, and the third bedroom, which has TwinSize beds with HDTV 42and a bathroom with a soak tub. The main floor includes a great room with living and dining area integrated with full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private two-car garage by the main entrance. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you! ✦ What We Provide: Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution.
