The villa includes a private ocean-view pool, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy an exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere. Included in your stay: • Concierge service throughout your stay • 6-passenger golf cart • Daily housekeeping service • Breakfast preparation (food, beverages, and groceries are not included and will be charged separately) • Premier Golf Membership (access fees apply) Villa Layout: The villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, safe, and functional stay, ideal for both families and groups: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and a lockable closet. A private space designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. • Junior Master Bedroom: Two Queen-size beds, full en-suite bathroom, and a lockable closet. Spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or guests traveling together. • Two Junior Bedrooms: Each featuring two Queen-size beds, full en-suite bathroom, and a lockable closet, ensuring comfort, privacy, and security. • Staff Bedroom: Equipped with a single bed and a private bathroom, ideal for accompanying staff during your stay. • Study: A quiet, independent space ideal for remote work or professional activities in a comfortable and peaceful setting. All bedrooms include private bathrooms and lockable closets, allowing each guest to securely store their belongings and enjoy enhanced privacy throughout the stay. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, along with spacious dining and living areas designed for gathering, relaxing, and creating memorable moments in an elegant and welcoming environment. Note: Gratuity for the staff is not included. It is always appreciated and recommended based on the level of service received. OM Kupuri is located within the exclusive private community of Kupuri Estates at Punta Mita, renowned for its security, privacy, and natural beauty. The residence is just a 5-minute walk from the Kupuri Beach Club, allowing guests easy access to one of the most exclusive beach clubs in the community. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and offering beautiful views, the area provides an atmosphere of total tranquility, ideal for those seeking rest, relaxation, and a sophisticated coastal experience. A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. 3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. ✣ This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House Rules: •No Smoking. •No pets allowed. •Suitable for children (2-12 years). •Suitable for infants (less than 2). •Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. •Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. •Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. •Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. •After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. •Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. •Eating is not allowed in the pool. •Do not put food in the bedrooms. •No shoes on sofas.
