On the first floor, enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring both a drip coffee maker and a K-Cup Keurig for your morning brew. The open layout includes a spacious living room, a dining table with seating for six, a convenient half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for effortless stays. Upstairs, unwind in three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a balcony with stunning views, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation. Check-in instructions will be emailed 5 days before your arrival. Your door code will be sent via email on the day of arrival. Deposit Information: A $500 hold is placed on the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported. Additional Fees: Bookings exceeding 30 days may incur extra cleaning fees and an additional security deposit. Refunds and Cancellations: 10% of the booking fee is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. Cancellations made 61 days or more before the reservation date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made 31-60 days before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. Separate cancellation coverage may be available from third-party vendors.
