Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool Hot Tub: No Hot Tub Gym or Fitness Room: No Air Conditioning: Wall mount air conditioner unit BBQ: Community BBQ at the pool Washer/Dryer: Euro style washer/dryer unit Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker. ***Please note: there is not a garbage disposal in the sink or an ice maker in the refrigerator (ice trays provided) Kona Riviera is an ocean front complex in the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Please note that there are stairs leading down to unit 102. There is not an elevator. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores. Management was responsive to every question in a timely manner. We had a wonderful vacation. Danielle, we are so glad that you liked the condo and enjoyed your stay. We hope you'll visit us again sometime! Loved the cleanliness and nice furniture. There is a bit too much furniture which blocks the movability in the living room. Nice pots and pans in good condition. The drawer with the cutting boards could be used for plates, etc instead of reaching in the corner. A bedroom mirror would be good when someone is dressing and another person is using the bathroom. Mahalo Susan, glad you enjoyed your stay! Amazing sunsets from the lanai, with waves crashing on the rocks lulling us to sleep. 2 minute walk to a local marketplace, and less than 2 miles to downtown Kailua-Kona. We will definitely be back!
