Welcome to your stylish, modern Nashville escape — a spacious 4-bed, 4-bath luxury home designed for unforgettable group stays in Music City! Located just minutes from The Gulch and Downtown Nashville, this newly furnished three-story home features expansive city skyline views from a huge rooftop deck, ample living space, and thoughtful amenities perfect for family vacations, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, corporate travel, and more. With plenty of room for up to 12 guests across 13 beds, this is Nashville living at its best — walkable, vibrant, and full of local flavor. Step inside your beautifully updated urban retreat: 4 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms — privacy and comfort for every guest. Up to 13 beds distributed through thoughtful layout — ideal for larger groups. Bright, open-concept living areas furnished for relaxation and gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with essentials provided, perfect for home-cooked meals or casual gatherings. High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace, great for remote work or planning your Nashville adventures. Huge rooftop deck with skyline views — one of the highlight features for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or late-night conversation under the stars. Comfortable amenities included — linens, towels, washer/dryer, cable TV, and more. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
