A perfect base to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. This 25 m² studio, located on the second floor of a residence in the city center, has been designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay. The bright living room opens onto a large sliding glass door leading to a pleasant loggia. The modern and cozy decoration creates a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach or exploring the town. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two people. You will also find a TV, WiFi connection, and air conditioning for optimal comfort all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals: stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, tableware, and a dining table. The modern bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and all the essentials needed for your stay. The bright loggia is furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying breakfast or meals while overlooking the city. The Neighborhood The apartment is ideally located on Avenue de l’Europe, in the heart of La Grande Motte, close to the sea and many amenities. You can easily reach the sandy beaches and the seaside promenade within a short walk. Nearby, you will find many restaurants, cafés, shops, and local markets where you can experience the lively Mediterranean lifestyle. La Grande Motte is well known for its unique architecture, marina, cycling paths, and many water activities. Several paid parking lots are available just below the apartment, and a free parking area can be found about 1 km away. The apartment enjoys a prime location on Avenue de l’Europe in the heart of La Grande Motte, close to the city center and the waterfront. The sandy beaches are within walking distance, as well as the marina, seaside promenades, and the many cycling paths throughout the town. You will also find many restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, local markets, and stores just a few minutes away. The seaside resort is famous for its iconic architecture, water sports, and vibrant summer atmosphere. Several paid parking lots are located at the foot of the building, and a free parking area is available about 1 km from the apartment. The residences in La Grande Motte are well known for their remarkable architecture. To preserve their unique design, several regulations are in place, including a restriction on installing air conditioning units on building façades. To improve your comfort during your stay, the air conditioning motor has been installed inside the loggia with a container that collects water during periods of high heat. Please empty the container and place it back when necessary. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Your stay can be personalized through services offered after the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen is supplied. Once your reservation is confirmed, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the property and the items provided.
