Hale Lanui is a Hawaiian vacation home with one bedroom and 3 baths. Enjoy this large, two story Maui beach home on Kalama Park overlooking the ocean and offshore islands. Hale Lanui has all the amenities to keep you and your guests happy and busy for your relaxed stay with a swimming pool, hot tub Jacuzzi and BBQ in the back yard. A covered lanai and second floor viewing area provide comfortable seating and whale watching. The spectacular views can be enjoyed from most of the rooms. Hale Lanui is a smoke free, chemical free and environmentally friendly home including wall paint, flooring and cleaning supplies. All the sheets and linens are washed unscented and chemical free as well. The bedroom is large and airy, built for the tropical breezes to flow with the assistance of ceiling fans. The expansive master bath is newly remodeled with a spacious walk in shower. The upper level game room entertains you with a pool table and large screen TV with DVD. For your assistance the resident manager lives in a separate small cottage on the property. Kalama Park has many facilities for your enjoyment, including a wonderful walking path along the oceanfront, tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer, inline skating, play ground and a skate park. All of this is sitting on one of the most beautiful shores in Kihei, Maui. Just a short walk across the park is one of Mauis best surfing areas, Cove Park. Just a shorter walk from there you will find the world famous Kamaole beaches. You can enjoy the quiet of a residential street, yet Hale Lanui is a stones throw from Starbucks, movie theaters, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. It is the perfect location for your get away vacation.
