This detached and stand-alone studio provides a quiet and comfortable retreat with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Studio Features: • Private entrance with gated access • Queen-size bed (maximum capacity for two adults and one child) • Seating/living area • Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils • Private bathroom with shower • Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi • Heating and air conditioning • Plenty of natural light and a clean, modern design There is convenient under-bed drawer storage built into the queen bed frame. It’s easy to miss if you don’t know it’s there, so feel free to use it for extra space during your stay. The bathroom mirror also doubles as a medicine/storage cabinet. It opens from the front, although it may not be obvious at first glance. FAQs: ★Is the property pet-friendly?★ The property is NOT pet-friendly due to severe allergies. ★What is the parking situation & how many vehicles can I bring?★ There is free street parking and it's usually pretty open. ★ Does the separate studio have a private entry? ★ Yes – the studio has its own private entry with a secure lock. It is fully detached from the main house and also has its own gate. Please note that the Studio is only accessible by stairs. ★Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. ★Is early check-in or late check-out available?★ While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. ★Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors?★ Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited.
