Ideal for a couple or a business trip, it combines Parisian charm, modern comfort, and a soothing atmosphere. 📍 Nestled on Rue de l'Abbé Grégoire, between Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montparnasse, you will enjoy a privileged location just a stone's throw from Le Bon Marché, the Jardin du Luxembourg, and many of the neighborhood's iconic landmarks. Shops, typical Parisian cafés, and art galleries are just a few steps away, immersing you in the heart of the Parisian lifestyle. It consists of: ✔️ A bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. ✔️ A fully equipped and functional open kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher... ✔️ Two elegant bedrooms, each with a double bed and convenient storage space. ✔️ A contemporary bathroom with shower and sink. ✔️ Separate toilet for added comfort and convenience. ✔️ Plenty of storage space for an organized and enjoyable stay. ✔️ TV and high-speed internet included for your relaxation or remote working. ✔️ Linen provided: sheets, towels, and essentials for a hassle-free stay. The 6th arrondissement is home to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Luxembourg Gardens. Although the legendary jazz clubs of the 1950s are now few and far between, and the terraces of Café de Flore are now frequented by intellectuals rather than tourists, the neighborhood has retained its pleasant atmosphere, somewhere between bourgeois bohemian and Parisian luxury. It is one of the most iconic—and most expensive—neighborhoods in Paris. At the bottom of the building, you will find the “Colorova” pastry shop. I recommend the following restaurants: 🍴 Georgette: An elegant restaurant serving classic seasonal French dishes in a chic dining room or on the terrace. (€€) 🍴Le Tourne Bouchon: A cozy restaurant serving Moroccan couscous, Italian pasta, and classic French brasserie dishes. (€€) 🍴 L'Atelier Roulière: Escargots, beef tartare, steak, and an extensive wine list are offered in a chic brasserie decorated in rich shades of blue.
