Timeline: Up to 18 months This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A. Notice: Please note that the pool at Admiral’s Row B is currently closed. For durability and a clean feel, the entire villa is finished with professional-grade tiling. The layout is meticulously designed for family comfort: Primary Suite: Features a luxurious king-size bed on the main level and a private ensuite bathroom for total seclusion. Second Bedroom: Outfitted with two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Living Area: Includes a queen-size pull-out sofa and a smart configuration that accommodates six guests comfortably without sacrificing space. The Balcony: A standout feature, the double-sized private balcony provides panoramic, calming views of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Parking Policy: One (1) complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional passes may be secured for $35 per vehicle. Safety & Standards: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including the balcony); a $500 restoration fee applies to violations. The minimum rental age is 25. Community Rules: Please note that e-bikes are prohibited within the community gates. Supplies: While we provide complete dinnerware and cookware, please bring your own "cooking basics" (oils, seasonings, condiments) and specialized utensils like chopsticks.
