Photos show the style; your unit may vary but is equally well designed. Guests must be 21 or older, and a valid government ID is required for each guest staying. Each unit consists of: • 1 Bedrooms - each with a king sized bed • 1 bathrooms • Queen sofa pull-out in each of the living rooms • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer/dryer in unit • Central heat and air • Lockbox entry • Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ** We are only able to provide 1 fob per unit which also allows you 1 parking space** Woodburn Exchange, located on Woodburn Avenue in Cincinnati, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment.
