Expansive windows reveal stunning views of the exclusive Crystal Lagoon. The generous living area invites you to relax in luxury, featuring plush seating, a cutting-edge entertainment system, and high-speed Wi-Fi to seamlessly balance work and leisure. Upon booking: We require a valid copy of the passport for all the guests for registration with the building. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the passport should be the same on your Airbnb account. To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a 165AED Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay. This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. Early check in prices (if available): 9 AM - 12 PM - 223 AED 1 PM - 1:30 PM - 135 AED 2 PM - 2:30 PM - 90 AED Late check out prices(if available): 11:00 AM – 1 PM - 135 AED 1 PM – 3 PM - 180 AED 3 PM - 5 PM - 270 AED 5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night ***Cleaning fee is 300AED for additional cleaning ***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding. ***Lost access card: 380AED ***We don't provide necessities, as we are a self-catered apartment. -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! AED2000 fee will be incurred if there is a smoke odor in the unit. -No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. -Visitors are allowed, but please note that you must obtain approval from us in advance. Additionally, guests are not permitted to stay overnight. -Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form to receive all check-in instructions, and a passport is required for all adult guests. Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
