Recently renovated and refreshed, this cozy studio is a budget-friendly stay just steps from the lake. With a sleeper sofa, private bathroom, and convenient kitchenette, it's a great option for solo travelers, couples, or as an add-on for larger groups. **Please note: This unit does not have A/C** 🛋️ Studio layout with sleeper sofa 🚿 Bathroom with stand-up shower 🍳 Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & basic utensils 🧼 Freshly updated with new furniture ❄️ A/C, ceiling fan, and smart TV ☀️ Small but functional—ideal for short stays or extra space Situated on Lake Huron’s picturesque shoreline, Sunnyside Cottages provides easy access to Greenbush and nearby towns like Oscoda and Harrisville. Explore hiking trails, visit charming local shops, or enjoy water activities at nearby harbors. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, the Michigan Sunrise Coast offers it all. Please note: Beach amenities like the fire pit, picnic tables, loungers, and swings are not available from October to March during the winter season. We’re on well water, which is perfectly safe to drink, though some guests find the taste metallic. Distilled water is available at nearby stores. Please bring toiletries, beach towels (we provide bath towels), coal if you plan to use the grill, cooking condiments like oil, salt, and pepper, groceries if you plan to cook, and a lighter and fire starters if you plan to use the fire pit (we provide firewood). We also provide two starter rolls of toilet paper. • Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly cottage. Prior approval is required. Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Dogs must be potty trained and on a leash at all times. You must pick up after your pet (indoors and outdoors) to avoid additional fees. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
