The "Mainsail" is a tiny container home handcrafted by CargoHome™. With 1 bedroom and a bean-bag convertible mattress in the living area, it sleeps up to 4 people. Features a super-comfy Tuft & Needle™ queen size mattress. The upstairs rooftop deck lights up beautifully at night and is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Full-size, custom tiled shower and spacious bathroom completes this beautiful home. A short 12 minutes to Magnolia and Baylor. This unique home started as a 40' shipping container. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split A/C unit make this a comfortable, energy efficient place. Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco. 5 minutes from I-35 and 3 minutes from Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. Only 8 minute from the Waco airport.
