This studio has everything you need for a short or extended stay in Fargo. Just two blocks from NDSU and public transit lines (MAT Bus). NDSU is two blocks to the west. Close bars, convenience stores, and bus routes. The neighborhood is mostly college students to the north, south, and west. East is a mix of college, single-family, and multi-family homes. Walking around at night I would feel comfortable, but it may not be comfortable for everyone. There will always be college students walking around.
