This unit offers its own unique charm and configuration, ideal for two couples or a small group traveling together in Arizona's celebrated wine country. 📍 A Willcox Wine Country Destination: 🍷 For Wine Enthusiasts: You are in the heart of the Willcox Wine Country, with multiple vineyards and tasting rooms within a short drive. 🏞️ For Nature Lovers: The spectacular rock formations of Chiricahua National Monument are about a 40-minute scenic drive away. 🚗 Please Note: This is a rural retreat. Tucson and its attractions (Gem Shows, University) are over 75 miles away (a 1+ hour drive). 🏡 Your Private Cottage with Shared Grounds: The Pioneer House is a thoughtfully designed, rustic-chic space. 🛌 Two Private Ensuite Bedrooms: Each of the two spacious bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, offering perfect privacy for two couples. 🍽️ Kitchenette for Simplicity: The unit includes a kitchenette equipped with essentials for preparing light meals, snacks, and coffee. For larger meal preparation, guests may inquire about booking our main house. 🌄 Expansive Shared Outdoor Space: You have full access to the property's over 3 acres of private land with stunning mountain views, a patio, and a backyard grill for outdoor dining. ✨ A Perfect Pairing: Ideal for friends or couples sharing a trip, The Pioneer House provides a cozy, independent base with the added benefit of the estate's beautiful shared surroundings. Our adobe home is nestled in the heart of Willcox’s vibrant wine country, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and rolling vineyards. The neighborhood exudes a tranquil ambiance, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can explore nearby local wineries renowned for their exceptional wines and scenic views. Quaint shops and cafes offer a glimpse into the area’s local charm, while outdoor enthusiasts can venture to nearby hiking trails or visit the awe-inspiring Chiricahua National Monument. Whether you're here to unwind amidst natural beauty or explore local attractions, our neighborhood offers a perfect blend of serenity and adventure. Pet Policy: []Dogs up to 40 pounds are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs per stay). []Please pick up all dog waste in the backyard and front yard (supplies provided). []Pet fee: $50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less; $15 per day for stays longer than 5 days. Trash Disposal: Guests are requested to use the outdoor storage container near the outbuilding where the water pump and old well are located. The container contains 3 55-gallon trash cans for convenient disposal of trash during your stay. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level.
