This beautiful fully remodeled spacious second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property requires a seven night minimum stay, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and chairs and a 50" flat screen TV. The living room also is equipped with a queen murphy bed for more sleeping options. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV. The master bathroom is fully remodeled with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is fully remodeled with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio terrace overlooking the bay that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes and scenic views of the Bay.
