Aurora Vista is a modern, elevated 1-bedroom studio located just a short walk from the town centre. Designed as a practical and well-positioned base, the unit offers views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Features include air conditioning, on-site parking, and a private balcony equipped with an electric grill and air fryer for convenient meal prep. This elevated studio is a simple and functional space for a short stay. The open-plan area includes a queen bed and leads directly onto a private balcony. From this outdoor space, you have a direct view of Lake Tekapo and the mountain ranges. The kitchenette is designed for basic food preparation only. It includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, and sink. Please note there is no stove or oven inside the unit. For additional cooking, an electric grill and air fryer are located on the balcony. The bathroom is a standard setup with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. The unit is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. On-site parking is available for one vehicle. Located on the Tekapo-Twizel Road, the property is a 2-minute walk from the main township. Local cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, and essential services are all located within this immediate area. The lakefront and local walking paths are easily accessible on foot.
