You will have at your disposal a spacious apartment with a cozy living room featuring a sofa bed, a 75'' Smart TV with a TV box, and an Xbox (integrated with the TV). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table and a lovely winter balcony. A comfortable double bedroom with a charming terrace, a complete bathroom, and a guest bathroom with all the amenities for your comfort. The apartment also offers a work desk and Fiber-Optic Wi-Fi with 400/100 Speed (down/up). For your convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher, Air Fryer, fan, electric heater, and small gym equipment (light weights, resistance bands, yoga mat). Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. To enjoy traditional Porto and Portuguese dishes and to fuel your energy for exploring, there are excellent restaurants nearby, including the typical Francesinha at Café Santiago or more traditional Portuguese food at Abadia. At São Bento Train/Metro Station, bus number 500 is a great public transport option for those who want to travel further and discover Porto's riverfront. The line starts at this station, passing through Ribeira, along the river, Foz, beaches, and ending at the Matosinhos Market, where you can savor fresh fish and find a variety of regional products. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 for smoking will be applied. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the checkout time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the physical key, a charge will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be provided upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/television package expenses, amounting to €150. If the total exceeds this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of our team to enter the property to conduct an inspection, with monthly visits being expected.
