THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs, 16 steps. - There are 2 unassigned parking spaces. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - The home is not pet friendly. - Washer and dryer in unit. - The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available. - The communal Outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
