Welcome to this beautiful home, centrally located between Poipu Beach and Shipwrecks Beach, offering stunning views of the sunrises and sunsets over the water just a short walk away. Take advantage of the Poipu Kai shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts on your way to the beach, or indulge in a luau at the Grand Hyatt Kauai or a relaxing massage at the Anara Spa. Upstairs, youll find three bedrooms and two baths, each with its own furnished lanai. All three bedrooms upstairs have a portable AC for your comfort. Downstairs, there is one bedroom and one bath, a kitchenette, and an outdoor seating area (with an AC unit in the bedroom). Additionally, there is a studio with AC, a microwave, a small fridge, and another outdoor seating area. While AC is not available upstairs (except for the twin bedroom), dont worry! Just turn on the overhead fans, open the windows and doors in the living area, and let the gentle ocean breezes and cooling trade winds keep you comfortable. Embrace the tropical climate and live like a true islander! The homes floor plan provides ample space for gathering together, as well as plenty of private areas for work, learning, or quiet relaxation. Free WiFi is also available.
