Located in a village in the Eure region, this house offers privileged access to the surrounding countryside and the historic treasures of the Eure, while being less than an hour from the region's must-see attractions such as Rouen, Honfleur and the Normandy beaches. An ideal location to recharge your batteries while exploring the rich local heritage. Our house, which can accommodate up to 8 people, has a lush garden, a heated outdoor pool, parking for your vehicles and all modern amenities. The house is cosy and comprises : - A spacious living room with sofa, TV and side table. - A convivial dining room with a dining table. The living room features an open fireplace plus a wood-burning stove. - A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: you'll be able to prepare delicious meals with all the comforts of home, including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and extractor fan. - Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and storage space to organize your belongings. - A fourth bedroom with two single beds. - Three modern, functional bathrooms with shower (one bathroom has a bathtub), washbasin, WC and towel rail. - A generous outdoor area ideal for enjoying fine weather or lunching al fresco.
