Renters must be 30 years or older and accompanied by family with children to rent during these restricted dates. Check-in will require IDs from all guests to confirm adherence to this policy. Check-in will be declined if requirements are not met. Immediate family members (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents) are considered eligible, while cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are not considered immediate family. Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property. Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning. Primary guest must be age 25 or older to reserve. As a guest making reservations, please be advised that a 17% occupancy tax will be applied.
