A secure private parking space is available within the residence upon reservation (€15/day). This beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment welcomes you in a simple, comfortable, and functional setting—perfect for making the most of your seaside stay. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), offering a მშვიდ and restful space, as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or children. The fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, tableware, etc.) allows you to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom includes a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. You will also enjoy the balcony with outdoor furniture, offering a pleasant sea view and a perfect spot to unwind. Fully air-conditioned and well laid out, the apartment is ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends, or as a small family. Located on the first floor with elevator access, it ensures easy day-to-day convenience. The residence also features a swimming pool available in season, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. Located in Cannes La Bocca, the property enjoys a prime seafront location in a lively and convenient setting. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find beaches, restaurants, local shops, and supermarkets. The local market and Cannes La Bocca train station are also easily accessible, allowing you to get around with ease. Cannes city center and the famous Croisette are just a short distance away, while you benefit from a more relaxed and accessible neighborhood. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with additional services once your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided by our team, and bed linen and towels are included. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
