To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 40" flat screen TV. The over-sized living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with all TV's having FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio for you to enjoy with your friends and family.
