Enjoy your private bedroom in downtown Fargo, just blocks from Sanford Downtown and an easy walk to bars and restaurants. You'll have your own private bedroom with a queen bed, mini fridge, closet, and smart TV. You also have access to a shared bathroom that's shared with the other guest room downstairs. The house is located just a couple of blocks north of Downtown Fargo. Definitely walking distance to all of the shops, bars, and restaurants of Downtown. It's a mature neighborhood with fully developed trees, just one block from the river and biking/running paths. This room is in the basement of the house and requires going down a staircase to access. The stairs are not steep, but the ceiling over the stairs is fairly low, so please watch your head. I'm 6 feet tall and routinely hit my head :) Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or very tall people.
